30 Day Time Frame:

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.


  • ONLY regular priced items are eligible for return or exchange
  • item must be unused
  • item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • item must be in the original packaging
  • a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be enclosed

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the return address on the package.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email verifying receipt of your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of business days.

If you are concerned that your eligible refund has not arrived then:

  • check your bank account thoroughly
  • contact Customer Care at your banking institution
  • contact your credit card company to see if it has posted

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will be exchanged for the same item only. Send us an email at

Mail your product back to the address listed at the top of this page.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
